Generated 14 million print and broadcast impressions for a new product from former tween retailer and Saks Fifth Avenue subsidiary, Club Libby Lu. The company reported increased sales that correlated to periods of heavy media coverage, which included story placements in major daily newspapers and on TV stations in top markets.
Co-designed and implemented an award-winning national media relations campaign to position engineering firm HNTB as an infrastructure industry thought leader, innovator and technical expert. Strategic stories ran in USA Today and seven major-market dailies, exceeding the placement goal by more than 100 percent.
Created messaging and media materials for Owens-Illinois’ global “Glass is Life” awareness campaign, designed to showcase the unmatched ability of glass packaging to build successful food and beverage brands.
Raised public awareness of the nonprofit Companion Animal Parasite Council’s (CAPC) mission and drove increased traffic to its consumer website through extensive print and media coverage in markets where the CAPC held consumer events to educate people about diseases transmitted by pets. Secured print, broadcast and online media coverage for every event, reaching more than 35 million readers/viewers and boosting the number of website visitors by 33 percent.
Increased public awareness of another animal health organization’s mission and consumer website, similar to the CAPC project. Generated six print and 22 TV stories about a Boehringer Ingelheim (BI) website and event series designed to educate dog owners about canine heart disease in the three markets BI visited. The media coverage contributed to record sales of a BI canine heart disease medication, a sustained 42 percent spike in web traffic at www.YourDogsHeart.com and the highest attendance ever at BI’s Dog Heart Health Tour consumer events.
Successfully launched (tech firm) Trabon’s new menu management software for restaurants through trade media relations, including a prominent placement in a key target trade publication that resulted in two new clients for the company.
